development, energy & utilities supply and engineering & construction.
EWT and the subsidiaries is a specialists building and civil engineering contractor involving in electrical and infrastructure works. EWT is also dealing in company takeovers exercises; financial planning and company turn around.
Hence, as the company also shared interest in a few public vehicles and conglomerates, EWT also involved into contributing corporate governance exercises as well in line with Malaysian government new economic policy, the company is one hundred percent comprising of Malaysian shareholding. EWT has the experiences in undertaking medium and large scale projects from the federal government, state government and also government links company’s. The shareholders themselves are actively involved in the management and operation of the company, sharing their wealth of experiences in the property development, building & civil engineering line and other related areas.
During the company's existence, it has been awarded few contracts and tenders from the federal government, state government as well as government links company. Throughout the duration of contracts, EWT had performed in accordance with the specified tenders and contracts specification and also complied with the jobs schedules as required satisfactorily. EWT enjoys good rapport from the clients, the consultants, the supplier and the banking institutional.
With the participation of bumiputera in the share holding, EWT has responded to the call by Malaysian Prime Minister in his recent speech during the announcement of the Malaysian new economic policy, who encouraged more bumiputera entrepreneur to participate actively in business, particularly in government links company (GLC’s) projects wherein eventually it will contributed towards the nation economic well being.
